Objective: To investigate the acoustic vibration therapy for cancer patients with postoperative analgesic effect.
Methods: 87 cases of laryngeal male cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (42 cases). The control group received conventional postoperative analgesic care; two days after operation, observation group begun acoustic vibration therapy, once a day, 30-60 minutes each time. Data regarding pain care efficiency for the two groups were taken after 3, 5, 7 days.
Results: Analgesic effects for the observation group were found to be 53.3%. 77.8% and 95.6% and for the control group were 26.2%, 33.3% and 71.4%, respectively. P<0.01. The differences were statistically significant. The two groups did not have a negative reaction.
Conclusion: Analgesic effects of acoustic vibration therapy were significantly better than conventional painkillers, care, and safety.
